Janessa loved Jesus, even as a small child. During summer camp after her 7th grade year, she told everyone that she wanted to become a Christian recording artist so she can use her voice to share the Lord with others. The next fall, she wrote these words (on the back of this shirt) in her Bible study notebook:
"Ya know no matter where I go, or what I do, there's always going to be someone who hates me or thinks I'm just really weird. So why not take it and run with it. Since they already think I'm different, why not tell them about God. Maybe then they will be different with me."
In November of her 8th grade year, Janessa was killed in an automobile accident. Now her words are a challenge to all of us who choose to follow God. let's be different together!!
